Edits to your website are 100% free and completed within one business day during your two-year agreement.

Singe Page Template Websites get up to 1 hour of edits per month. Custom Informational Websites and Ecommerce Websites get up to 2 hours of edits per month.

With our Single Page Template Websites, you’ll need to provide the copy. We will advise you on headlines and calls-to-action. With our Custom Information Websites, we’ve got you covered. All we need from you is your logo, domain, and photos. For Ecommerce Websites, we write the copy except for your product descriptions.

For website designs, your fee if broken up into 24 monthly payments. If you prefer, you have the option to pay the entire fee up front.

At the end of the 24 month agreement, you have three options:

1. You can get a complete re-design of your website and begin a new 24 month agreement at the same price (even if we have raised our monthly prices.)
2. You can switch to one of our monthly maintenance plans for us to continue to host, maintain, update, and keep your site secure.
3. You can move your website to your own hosting and maintain it yourself. If you choose to move your site to another company or host, we will provide you with a backup of your site as a digital file.

In order to keep your new site safe, secure, and running smoothly, we will not install your new site on another companies servers. Once your 24 month agreement is completed, you do have the option to move your site to another host if you no longer want us to maintain it.

We do not accept payment by check unless you are paying the fee upfront. Our monthly plans are setup on auto pay from a debit or credit card. This is in order to avoid payment delays and cover the cost of developing and maintaining your website.

No. We distribute the cost of your website development over 24 monthly payments with most of the costs to use happening at the beginning of the project. Of course, you may pay off your total balance at any time and we will continue to maintain and host your website for the remainder of the term.

Yes, you can, but since we distribute the cost of your initial site design over 24 months, you would need to pay the balance of your current plan first if you’re switching from the Single Page Template Site to one of our other packages. Or, if you’re adding Ecommerce Funtionality to a Custom Informational Site, you would need to pay the difference in cost between that plan and the Ecommerce Plan for the months that have already passed in addition to the increased cost per month of the new plan.

Since email requirements has become increasingly complex including HIPAA compliance for those in the health and wellness industry, we do not offer email addresses. We recommend using a dedicated email service such as G-Suite from Google or Office 365 from Microsoft for your email addresses. However, we will be happy to refer you to one of our trusted partners to help you get this setup correctly.
