Hosted by Alan Warren (The RV Wingman), a likable, respected veteran TV/Radio personality, RV enthusiast, and campground owner. Alan blends entertainment and information in a show that connects with RV enthusiasts in a powerful way.

The previous website was only a few years old but, like many websites, presented visitors with too many competing calls to action. Because content has been posted 3-5x per week consistently for over 3 years, the site features hundreds of posts. We needed to organize those in a way that is searchable and easy to navigate. Finally, the previous design used a rather generic template rather than something specific for a content-heavy broadcast site.

The old site featured ten main menu items. The new site has five with biz-related topics on a separate menu. Not all calls to action are equally valuable and it’s better to present visitors with a clear path that presents those at different parts of their journey through the website. We created a highlighted ‘Start Here’ page to guide visitors through all the different ways they could connect with the show. The RV Show USA is posted as both full episodes and highlight clips, the new site makes it easy to differentiate between the two and find what interests them. Finally, the new site is optimized to load much faster than the old site which helps keep visitors happy and helps the site’s SEO since speed is a big Google ranking factor. The site is also very mobile friendly.
